Lesson focus

Cinzia: Also the third conjugation Futuro Semplice (Simple Future) tense is realized by dropping the ending vowel from the infinitive and adding the standard endings.
Marco: Third conjugation regular verbs do not change their last syllable vowel, which stays -i-.
Cinzia: The necessary steps to inflect third conjugation verbs are identical to those of the second.
Marco: 1st- take the infinitive of the verb
Cinzia: 2nd- drop the final vowel
Marco: 3rd- add the appropriate endings.
Cinzia: dormire
Marco: (to sleep)
Cinzia: Io dormir -ò
Marco: I will sleep
Cinzia: Tu dormir -ai
Marco: You will sleep
Cinzia: Lui/lei dormir -à
Marco: He/she/it will sleep
Cinzia: Noi dormir -emo
Marco: We will sleep
Cinzia: Voi dormir -ete
Marco: You will sleep
Cinzia: Loro dormir -anno
Marco: They will sleep

Outro

Marco: That just about does it for today.
Marco: Cinzia, I'd like to share a study tip a listener shared with us.
Cinzia: Ahh, you're talking about the student who uses just the conversation tracks to review the lessons.
Marco: Cinzia, you read my mind. Ye,s a listener of ours listens to each lesson several times,
Cinzia: Then afterward, get the conversation only track from our site.
Marco: She then listens to them on shuffle again and again. She created her own immersion program using ItalianPod101.com.
Cinzia: This is a great idea. Please give it a try and let us know what you think.
Marco: OK. Thank you all, bye!
Cinzia: Ciao a tutti!
