Vi piace leggere?

Sì, ci piace.

Vi piacciono i giornali?

No, non ci piacciono.

A tua sorella piace aspettare?

Sì, le piace?

Davvero? Perché le piace aspettare?

Perché ha sempre un libro e lo legge.

A tuo fratello piace guidare una macchina?

No, non gli piace guidare una macchina. Lui odia guidare una macchina.

Grazie in anticipo!

Ciao E,

you shouldn't use "io" with the verb "piacere". You can say either "non mi piace" or "a me piace".

To learn more about the verb "to like", check out this lesson:

Hi Clyde Happ,

That is not correct, because "agli esami" means something like "at the exams" or "during the exams."

So the correct version is "Non mi piacciono gli esami," literally meaning "Exams are not pleasing to me".

Try translating another sentence: "I don't like tomatoes"!
