Becky: Welcome to 3-Minute Italian Season 1, Lesson 16 - Asking directions. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to ask and understand basic directions in Italian.

Becky: Here's the way to ask 'Where is the station?' in Italian.
Ofelia: [Normal] Dov'è la stazione?
Becky: First is a phrase meaning 'Where is'
Ofelia: [Normal] Dov'è [Slow] Dov'è
Becky: Next is the word meaning 'the'
Ofelia: [Normal] la [Slow] la
Becky: Last is the word meaning 'station'

Becky: Note the rising intonation. Listen again to the question meaning 'Where is the station?'
