I'm already learning it because my husband is Afrikaans and all his family speak it as a first language; plus it is a modern and upcoming language and I like it!
2 possibilities: Hungarian - because it was my maternal grandparents' native language
Hebrew - because I would be able to understand some prayers - also, because it does not seem to be connected to any other language.
I think I would choose Portuguese. I found both the country and the people very inviting. I speak English and Spanish and am currently learning Italian (as a recently recognized Italian Citizen, I plan to move to Italy). Once I am there, I might spread my wings and Portugal is a wonderful place.
I would learn French next if I can master the Italian first. I already speak Spanish/English French is my next favorite.
I would learn Spanish because I travel to Argentina once every year or two
