Probably, the best way to get a visa to work in Italy is contact some EFL (English as Foreign Language schools) schools in Italy. The teaching qualification is not necessary if you are a native speaker. The best way to do it would be to contact one of those schools, get an offer and contact the Italian Embassy to see what paperwork you need to do.
