Lesson Transcript

Hi, everyone.
In this lesson, you'll practice talking about your likes and dislikes.
You'll be challenged to talk about likes and dislikes.
First, let's look at some examples.
Questa è una foto di una squadra di calcio, vero?
Ti piace il calcio?
Sì, mi piace molto.
E a te?
Non mi piacciono gli sport.
Preferisco nuotare.
Nuotare è bello.
Anche a me piace nuotare.
To say what you like, use...
Mi piace...
for singular items and...
Mi piacciono...
for plural items.
To ask what someone likes, use:
Ti piace...
or...
Ti piacciono...
For things you don't like, simply add:
Non
to the beginning, like:
Non mi piacciono gli sport.
Listen to a few more examples.
Mi piace giocare a calcio.
Mi piace fare allenamento.
Let's practice.
