What is the difference between "ci vediamo" and "vediamoci?"

Ciao Lynne,

Grazie per il commento. Thank you for posting.

Please know that "ci sentiamo" is a special expression and it's commonly used to mean "I'll talk to you" or "I'll speak to you".

I hope this helps!

A presto!

Would you please tell me why 'ci sentiamo' is used instead of 'ci parliamo' in the dialogue. I thought sentire was the verb for 'to feel'.

Ciao a tutti!

Grazie per i commenti!

@beverly gee, the pronoun comes after the verb, like in "setiamo-ci" and "divertiamo-ci", when the verb is an imperative, while "ci sentiamo" and "ci divertiamo" are more invitation and exhortation.

I hope this helps!

If you have other questions, please leave a comment!

Luca, Ofelia is correct. Speaking fast will come after committing the language to memory. Once your brain doesn't have to translate from your native language to Italian, it will fire much faster

Ciao Luca!

Come va?:sunglasses:

Grazie.

I think that listening the dialog before reading the lesson is the best way to challenge oneself!

Maybe you could try to memorize the vocabulary before listening, so that you will be able to recognize it immediately.

Also I think that memorizing and repeating out loud the dialogs that you prefer could be useful to speak faster!:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Prova! Let's try!

A presto! Un saluto!

Also, how can I speak Italian fast? As in, speaking fast like Italians do?

Grazie per questa lezione!

Do you have any tips for using the dialogue tool before listening to the lesson, to help with listening comprehension? What I do is listen to the dialogue before the lesson, and try to understand as much as possible. Do you have any tips to help me do this effectively?

Grazie!

Ciao!

Ciao Marcelo,

which part of Gianluca's explanation is not clear to you? Or do you have some sentences in which the usage of ci is difficult for you to understand?

let me know.
