What's the point in having a technical support blog that no one from ItalianPod101.com responds to? I posted a problem about 2 weeks ago with no response. Disappointing.

- your username
- the device, OS and browser which you are using
- screenshot with the error if any appears
- your username

I have bad news - no one responds to the customer service email they gave you either. And this is a "premium" membership?!
