Names of the conjugations?

Postby dkostner » September 20th, 2008 1:40 pm

In lower intermediate lessons 11 and 12 you call the verb forms used in the subordinate clause 'congiuntivo presente' and 'congiuntivo passato'. I learned these as 'congiuntivo imperfetto' and 'congiuntivo trapassato' respectively. I understand 'congiuntivo presente' and 'congiuntivo passato' to be different from the ones presented. Please clarify for me. Many thanks, DK

You are absolutely right.
I don't know how that crept in the lesson and then in the pdf.
We are going to publish an updated audio track and pdf for both lessons shortly.
Thank you for spotting that

Thanks very much. These lessons helped me remember the way these tenses are used together. I think everything is well done at ItalianPod 101; the names are just a technicality, but it's good to know them.
