You are supervising how the staff is performing their job at the Italy company, and although you are satisfied with how the Italy company is being handled, you still have to figure out what can be improved within the company. You have spoken with many of the company’s staff and most of the staff seems very pleased with the way they are treated. You asked each one what their jobs entailed.
