There are so many choices to make in Italy! Today, you and your friends are spending the day together in Italy. But first you have to decide where you want to go! You and your Italian friends’ houses are scattered between Florence and Rome. Half of them are asking you in Italian, “do you want to go eat in Florence?” The rest of your friends are trying to persuade you in Italian, “let’s go sightseeing in Rome.” The final answer is up to you! But you have bigger problems than just finding an answer that will please everyone. You don’t know what bus or train to take from your house to either Florence or Rome. So you tell your friends in Italian that if they can tell you how “to go” from your house to either Italian city, you can do everything! Everyone seems happy with that idea…but they want to know which bus to take to your house in Italy! Isn’t that how this problem started?
Learning Italian with ItalianPod101.com is the most fun and effective way to learn Italian! In this Italian Beginner lesson, we will be studying the function of the Italian verb andare in its presente indicativo conjugation. We will also discuss Italian verbs scendere and salire to discuss the action of boarding different vehicles in Italy. You will also learn how to form Italian compound numbers over twenty. Finally, we will be considering some features of tour bus transportation in Italy, their timetables, the different kinds of tickets available for Italian transportation, and certain disparities between northern and southern Italy.
