Learn Italian with ItalianPod101.com! “Okay, what’s this all about?” the object of your affection asks in Italian. “What are all these balloons for? Why are they heart-shaped? And what does this have to do with national security?” she questions you in Italian. You answer in Italian, “So many questions…where to begin?” You continue in Italian, “I had to say something to get you away from the crowd to see this. It has nothing to do with national security.” She looks around incredulously and inquires in Italian, “What, and who, are these balloons here for?” It’s now or never. You take her hand, look into her eyes, and tell her in Italian, “I put them here, darling. They’re all for you!” She responds in Italian, “What? What are you talking about?” You take her face in your hands and explain in Italian, “You’re the one for me. I love you.” Before she can utter another Italian word, you pull her toward you and kiss her.  Meanwhile, you’re wondering how she will respond to this gesture. So far, so good…

What’s with the horse sound effect when Paolo asks Martina to kiss him again? That’s amusing

By the way, this podcast reminds me of one of my favourite Italian song by Mina, Il cielo in una stanza. Do you like it? :-)

Ciao Rinaz,
ah aha ah, that horse sound is amusing, isn’t it?

I know that song, it’s very old but still a beautiful one, “quando sei qui con me, questa stanza non ha più pareti, ma alberi, quando sei qui vicino a meeeeeeeeeee………”"
