Learn Italian with ItalianPod101.com! Before you leave your friend’s birthday party, the girl who bent your ear for more than an hour about her ex-boyfriend tells you in Italian, “Thanks for listening to me and for offering me advice. I appreciate it.” You tell her in Italian, “It’s no problem. I just hope you find a solution to your problem.” As you finish uttering your statement, you see her ex-boyfriend cross the room with the girl in question. Your acquaintance hides behind you and asks you in Italian, “I know they’re going back to his place for a nightcap and who knows what else.” You tell her in Italian, “You’ve got to stop worrying about this. You’re making yourself crazy. Why don’t you go to the bar and maybe you’ll end up finding someone nice to go home with too!” And you think to yourself in Italian, “And at the very least, I’ll be able to get out of here!”
