Hi
2 corrections:
in the pdf to this lesson, the conjugations for fare & dire in the 2nd person singular are incorrect.
"Tu facèva" should be "tu facevi"
"Tu dicèva" should be "tu dicevi"

Theresa
ps - Mi piace molto imparare con voi. Grazie tanti!

Molte persone studiano l'italiano perché è una lingua musicale e piacevole da ascoltare.

Marco & Cinzia,
A proposito, c'è un'altro sito che usavo frequentare, ma ho cancellato il mio abbonamento. Perchè? 1. Your lessions are structured around a grammar point which is explained in detail. and 2. Your presentation is more understandable. Even though your speech is fast, it is clear and eloquent. It has a very pleasant tone. Non so se anyone else has mentioned the tone of your speech, but some voices are so annoying that it is difficult to appreciate what is being said. Not so with you guys -- your voices work well. Forse posso imparare questa bella lingua anche se non posso parlarla bene. Quando parlate, io sento musica. What a gift you have! And what a beautiful language Italian is.

Dear Al Cacy,
You are right it does sound strange.
In the Newbie series we keep the translations sometimes very close to the Italian structure in order to show how Italian "works".
