Level: Beginner Lessons
Today’s dialogue takes place at Peter and Luca’s apartment the morning after Peter’s date with Anna. Luca would like to know more about his friend’s date, but Peter does not seem eager to discuss its details. In fact, he diverts the conversation from his date to the absence of subtitles in the movie. Luca is curious and directly asks Peter why he does not want to tell him anything about his romantic encounter. In today’s lesson, we will be evaluating the primary features of imperfetto tense and the Italian equivalent of the verb “to mean”.
