Level: Beginner Lessons
You met some very nice Italian people yesterday while you were sightseeing. They knew right away that you were not from Italy and were intrigued when they overheard you speaking a little Italian to an Italian vendor nearby. They introduced themselves and you hit it off right from the start! They are taking you on a real sightseeing tour today through Tuscany to see places in Italy that they guarantee your travel guides don’t know about! You are having the time of your life seeing the most beautiful places in the entire world! But, you have been going since 8:00 AM! You are exhausted and you have to take a break! You tried dropping hints by asking them in Italian, “what time is it?” That didn’t work…it just made you feel more tired knowing how long you have been walking! You even tried telling them in Italian, “it’ll be dark in a little bit!” Now, it’s almost 10:00 PM and the only time you stopped was to eat a fabulous Italian lunch and dinner! Now they want to go to an Italian club! Okay, you are just going to have to tell them in Italian, “I am sleepy!” Ooh, you never learned to say, “I am sleepy” in Italian? Oh, well then I hope you can dance well!
