If you are a man, do you usually offer the dinner?
If you are a woman, do you usually try to pay even if your date is offering the dinner?

It depends on the date ! 
I’d usually try to pay, but won’t press it if the man obviously has decided to invite me…

I agree with the theory that if a man invites a woman he has to pay.
But I’m way too modern, as a girl, and I can be happy even if a guy invites me for dinner and he takes me to a “pizzeria”! 
…
and I can share the bill at the end of the evening!
