"Ciao! Mi chiamo Massimo!" I said loudly and warmly. "Excuse me?" he asked. I said again, loudly and clearly. I had to say it a few times before he understood. His face turned dark. "I'm from Spain. Pleased to meet you." Shot down! I am quite sure that I pronounced everything well enough to be understood, but unfortunately I forgot to ask Bruno where he was from.... :oops::oops: Oops!
